Consultant Dietitian

Registered Dietitian (RD)- Part Time or Full Time

DiningRD is actively seeking a Registered Dietitian in a consulting role for skilled nursing and ALF/IL communities. Are you interested in improving the lives of seniors? Do you have the desire to work with a company that values and respects you? If so, please keep reading!

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

·       Completion of MDS assessments, Section K, CAA

·       Documentation on residents at a high risk for nutritional problems.

·       Participation in the care planning process.

·       Collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team.

·       Provide oversight to the food service department with routine audit for safety, sanitation, and quality of food.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) credentials
Licensed (if required by State)
·        2 years of consulting/long term care is preferred, but we will consider many factors.
