Everybody is invited to attend the NAND board meeting but only the NAND board members and committee chairs are expected to attend. If a committee chair cannot attend, please appoint a member of your committee to represent your committee at the board meeting. Each board member is expected to give a report either on the consent agenda or during the board meeting.
